She started at the Minister of Industry, Commerce and SME´s in the Technical position of Foreign Trade (2002), then she was in charge of the Legal and Institutional Affairs of the Foreign Trade Department, Director of Foreign Trade, and current Vice Minister of Foreign Trade since September 2012. Alan Elias is Senior Manager of Global Public Policy at eBay and a member of the eBay Public Policy Lab with a focus on the Americas. Simón Lee (1977) is the Director at Peninsula, a company specialized in incubation programs for corporations. In addition, he is Founder at GamesBCN, the first videogame incubator in Barcelona. Previously was Managing Director of Incubio and Coordinator for the Videogame Degree at the Tecnocampus – UPF. Taiana Mora is the director of the Dominican Republic Coalition of Services (CSRD) and Treasurer of ALES Board of Directors. As part of the Caribbean Network of Service Coalition (CNSC) she is coordinating the promotion of the videogame sector in the Caribbean and the international links. Ms. Mora has 27 years of experience in export development and export promotion of both goods and services. She has worked more than 20 years for public and private organizations throughout the Caribbean including strategies, policy advisor, capacity building and export training and export plan development, especially for services export. She was Executive Director of the Caribbean Export Development Agency (Caribbean Export), intergovernmental organization of 15 Caribbean countries (CARIFORUM) for export and investment promotion. Marius de León graduated as an engineer with comprehensive management training from APEC University and continued his post-graduate studies in Political Management and Marketing Strategies, at the Inter-American Political Center in Miami and the Autonomous University of Barcelona, ​​Spain. In his professional career, his performance as a special advisor of the Dominican Corporation of State Electric Companies (CDEEE) stands out. In 2012 he was appointed deputy operational director of the General Directorate of Customs (DGA), where he was managing for two years. For the year 2014 he held the position of general director of the Directorate of Retirement and Pensions in charge of the State (DGJP) (2014-2018). At present, Mr. Marius de León serves as executive director of the Center for Export and Investment of the Dominican Republic (CEI-RD).

William Shaw’s entrepreneurial career began by planning and successfully launching two ULCC's (Ultra Low Cost Airlines) in Latin America. VivaColombia, the first low cost airline in Colombia, which was his master’s degree project whilst at Stanford Graduate School of Business that materialized in May 2012 when the airline started operating nationally. William was Commercial Vice President until he was named CEO in 2016. In May of 2017 William also founded VivaAir Peru. Before his entrepreneurial career began William has had more than 25 years of experience in airlines, from being a check-in agent to CEO. He is currently founding a third low cost airline: Flycana, in the Dominican Republic. William holds a Master's degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business with Certificates in Public and Global Management and a bachelor's degree from CESA of Colombia. He is a member of the board of directors of Procolombia, Green Africa Airways and a Private equity investment fund. He does multiple speaking engagements and has presented at TedX Medellin and at the International Entrepreneurs conference, but if you ask for the most important achievement in life, he will tell you, Emma Shaw, his daughter.

Norberto Capellán is currently President of CICOMRA (Chamber of Information Technology and Communications of the Argentine Republic). In addition, he is Vice President of the Dr. Manuel Sadosky Foundation and member of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services. Representing the Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services, he holds the Presidency of ALES (Latin American Association of Service Exporters). Previously, he held the position of General Manager of Comsat International in Argentina and was President and General Manager of UNISYS Sudamericana. He also worked as a consultant for local and multinational companies and for associations both in Argentina and in other Latin American countries. Capellán is an Electronic Engineer graduated at the National Technological University and has completed Executive Development studies at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. As such, he is responsible for formulating, executing and evaluating national policy, plans and programs regarding the development and facilitation of foreign trade, determining the strategy and position for the country's trade negotiations, and supervising trade promotion. Previously, he was in charge of bilateral affairs with Asia, Africa and Oceania in the Vice Ministry of Foreign Trade, being responsible for the implementation and operation of the Economic Association Agreement with Japan, the implementation and administration of FTAs with China, Singapore and Korea, in addition to being the Chief Negotiator for the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement, TPP. He also served as Coordinator of Negotiations and Administration of Agreements on Technical Barriers to Trade, having participated as a specialist and negotiator of Peru in different processes and forums such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC), the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI), the Andean Community (CAN) and bilateral negotiations with the United States, Chile, Mexico, Singapore, Canada, China, the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), the European Union, Korea and Japan. Prior to joining the public sector, Mr. Vásquez was Head of Economic Studies at the consulting firm Maximixe, being responsible of the economic advisory service department and macroeconomic and sectorial analysis and projections.

Tony Donohoe, head of education and social policy, Ibec (Irish Business and Employers Confederation) Tony Donohoe is head of education, social and innovation policy in Ibec. Following a career in business journalism, Mr Donohoe has worked with Ibec for 30 years in a number of roles including publications editor and head of research and information services. He took up his current position in 2006. He is a member of the Irish Higher Education Authority, the Apprenticeship Council, Business Europe Social Affairs Committee and the board of the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP). Rolando M. Guzmán has a Ph.D. in Economics and a Master in Pure Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also has a Master's degree in Quantitative Economics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Porto Alegre-Brazil) and Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Rio de Janeiro-Brazil). He is a graduate of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. His career includes public administration, private management, consulting and economic and social research. He has been Director of Strategic Planning and Market Intelligence in the Telecommunications sector, Director of Economic Research of the National Planning Office (ONAPLAN) and Economic Advisor of the Technical Secretariat of the Presidency. As a researcher, Dr. Guzmán has provided consulting services to various national and international organizations, such as the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean. He has authored or co-authored more than ten books and dozens of national and international publications. An essential part of his contributions has been directed to the analysis of the Dominican educational sector and its links with economic development, international competitiveness and labor market dynamics. In addition, his works extend to the topics of macroeconomic policies, technological innovation and income distribution. Since 2011 he has been the rector of the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC), where he is also a professor of economics.

Business Administrator of the Externado University of Colombia and specialist in Marketing Management of the same university During her career she has had experience in the Commercial and Services sector, project management and social responsibility, working as Regional Manager of Horizonte BBVA for more than 6 years; also held the position of Customer Service Manager at Comcel and for 8 years now, she has been working as Executive Director of the Colombian Contact Center & BPO Association (ACDECC & BPO). From her position as a trade union leader, she has promoted the development of this economic sector, which in the last 5 years has maintained an annual average growth close to 20%, reaching sales of 6.2 trillion pesos and generating more than 200,000 jobs in all the country. Since 2014 to the present, he is the head of the department of global services in ProChile, (General Direction of International Economic Relations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile), where he is in charge of coordinating and executing strategies for the promotion of Chilean exports on Trade in Services (areas such IT, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Professional Services, in Logistics, Biotechnology, Education, etc.) He was the Director of the Chilean Trade Office in Seoul (1994-2000) and Shanghai (2004-2009), and the Director of ProChile Biobío and coordinator of the South Zone of Chile (11'-14'). He has been Professor of International Business at the Diego Portales University, Catholic University of Biobío, The Andrés Bello Diplomatic Academy. Also he has taught courses at University level in Seoul 1997 and Shanghai 2008. In the private sector, he has directed international projects of different companies, highlighting the support for the internationalization of SODIMAC S.A. in the position of export manager. (93-94). Industrial engineer, with specializations in administration, project management and leadership. He was selected to participate in the "Senior Leadership for Latin America" ​​program at the IESE (Barcelona), IAE Austral University (Argentina) and IPADE (Mexico). In his work at the ERC company, he positioned the company in the country’s main business rankings and expanded its operations in the Dominican Republic, the United States and Latin America. In addition, he has managed to double its operations growth in the Dominican Republic generating a total of 1,300 jobs. González is known for his active role in the Call Centers and Business Commission Process Outsourcing (CC&BPO), of the Dominican Association of Free Zones (Adozona), through which he has made the public, private sector and society aware of the benefits and advances of the sector in the country, considered as one with the greater growth. He also belongs to the leadership of the Corporate Sustainability Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAMDR), the Dominican Association of Foreign Investment Companies (ASIEX) and the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE). Prior to his duties at ERC, González worked as financial director of Laurus International, a financial specialist for private investment funds and as an industrial engineer for the aeronautical multinational Boeing Company, in Seattle, Washington.
